Guji’s Hambella sub-region is already well-known for its amazing coffees. This lot from the village of Daki Bor Lebatu, in Akibor Kebele is a part of an impressive outgrower program. Run by Dimtu Coffee, the program keeps highly detailed records of all smallholders who contribute. In exchange for registration and a commitment to deliver cherry to Dimtu’s Damu Washing Station, farmers receive high quality agronomy training and QC training around picking and transport. This particular coffee consists of contributions from only 50 smallholders.
